Mobizzo is owned by newscorp. They are a content aggregator but will also have a mobile studio to create original content.

Helio is an MVNO (mobile virtual network operator) & a new venture by Sky Dayton, Earthlink and Korean company, SK Group.

Movida is also an MVNO and is going after the hispanic market.
